History of Winfield Property Management 

Winfield Property Management was established by Amy Bors in 2005. With over 27 years of experience in the real estate and property management business, Winfield has a proven track record of successfully reaching the goals and objectives of property owners across the nation. As a company, we started out with 200 units and today have over 5,000 units under our management.

In the summer of 2019, Winfield Property Management partnered with McGraw Commercial Properties. Their combined experience offers top-tier management services to their current clients and future expansion to new markets. As investors come to Tulsa and are looking for new properties, they now have access to a combined quality management and brokerage team.

Meet Our President Amy Bors

Amy Bors

Amy Bors, a Tulsa native, began property management in 1997 with a national management firm where she specialized in startups of distressed properties. Her ability to turn around underperforming properties enabled her to move into the Regional Supervisor position for the Midwest Region.

 

Today Amy follows those same strategies to successfully reach the goals of property owners. She is also licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, is on the Board of the Tulsa Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2009, Amy was awarded the Corporate Supervisor of the Year.
